Today's video starts on the pool side of the property. It's been a couple of weeks since I have been on this side. Crews are still busy working on the steel and block wall building going up back there. I'm not sure what this is going to be. You can see some giant pipes on the top level. Could this be some kind of pump room for the pool area? They have also started digging out the area right in front of this building. Could they be digging the pool already or maybe running some of those pipes to the building. We will have to wait and see. I then make my way to the front of the property along Las Vegas BLVD.

New station for Osaka 2025 World Expo venue opens

In a new update, Orix Corporation, MGM Resorts's local partner in the construction of Japan's first integrated resort (IR), said the property will be able to take on "established IRs in Asia, particularly in Macau and Singapore."

MGM Osaka is set to break ground in April 2025 on Yumeshima Island, Osaka Bay. With a projected investment of JPY 1.6 trillion ($10 billion) shared by MGM Resorts, Orix Corporation, and local investors, the development is scheduled to open in fall 2030.

Zaha Hadid Architects unveils sweeping culture centre for China

UK studio Zaha Hadid Architects has released its design for a sweeping arts centre intended to become the centrepiece of a cultural quarter in Shaoxing city's Shangyu District.

Named Zheijang Shaoxing Shangyu District Cao'e River Culture and Art Centre, the building will be set on the banks of the Cao'e River and host local and international productions of opera, theatre, dance and drama.
