Wynn AMI's spire to be topped off by the 30th of November after an update today.
Construction of Wynn Al Marjan Island is steadily advancing, with the resort’s 305-metre tower nearing its full height and topping-out expected in late November 2025, the developer said in its latest progress update.
The tower has now reached the 70th floor, with roof-deck work underway, keeping the integrated resort on schedule for a spring 2027 opening. According to the update, installation of the tower’s exterior is progressing rapidly, with 73 per cent of façade panels now in place, while concrete and steel work across the resort’s low-rise structures has reached 97 per cent. Structural work on the resort’s accommodations is 99.7 per cent complete, with interior fit-outs progressing at about 98 per cent.

Janu Al Marjan Island will open in late 2028.
The status of Wynn Al Marjan is confirmed as structurally topped out after my visit today. The current focus is mainly on installing the glass façades, ahead of the spire, which is expected to be topped out by December.
It already started in May. They are not currently looking for croupiers, which is the name they use for dealers, as you said, but it does require training before opening, since every croupier needs to be licensed or certified by the GCGRA. Right now, they have also closed applications, about a month ago, since they already have a few. It is confirmed that many jobs will be available post-topping-off.
Adjacent to the hotel, Janu Residences, Al Marjan Island, offers a limited selection of one- to five- bedroom apartments and five standalone villas. Residents will enjoy seamless access to the hotel’s social and wellness spaces, alongside exclusive amenities.
The shorter ~60m tower will likely house the hotel, while the taller ~90m tower will likely be the residences. While specific details are still limited, this is the most probable configuration.

“Beyond the standalone merits of the transaction, we also expect Janu’s high quality customers will be additive to Wynn Al Marjan Island,” said Wynn Resorts CEO, Craig Billings. “With the Marjan land bank we have significant additional long term development opportunities in the UAE.”
Billings also revealed that concrete is being poured for the final floor of Wynn Al Marjan Island with top out of the tower expected by the start of December. The project remains on track for a 2027 launch with the Wynn CEO confirming to analysts during the company’s 3Q25 earnings call overnight that it had already begun marketing the property to VIPs.
Also what was confirmed that Janu and Wynn AMI will be directly and seamlessly connected via a bridge above or under ground.
Wynn Resorts holds a 40% stake, while local partners Marjan LLC and RAK Hospitality Holdings LLC hold the remaining 60% in Janu Al Marjan Island.
As of October 27th, construction has reached the 70th floor and is on track to top out by the end of November.
