Silk City will have 4 distinct quarters each with its own city centre. Finance City, Leisure City, Ecological City and Residential City are designed to provide the highest of global standards with a special focus on educational and cultural amenities culminating in a truly integrated solution for this modern community. Connected to Kuwait City by a new Bay-Bridge, joining with the new Arabian Bay Port, and anticipating a new International Airport, this city is planned to accommodate nearly 700,000 people and create nearly 430,000 new jobs. An emerald necklace of lakes and parks, like ribbons of silk, intertwine and weave each of the 25 neighbourhoods together into one cohesive city.

Resorts World Miami - a $3 billion, 13.9-acre mixed-use gaming, hotel and entertainment development along the waterfront in Miami‘s Omni District just south of Edgewater. "Achitecture with the history" - it could be the name of this project. In 2011, the Genting Group had spent $236 million to purchase 30-acres of land within the Omni District with the intention of building out the plans for the Resorts World mega development along Biscayne Bay. The adored former office building began demolition in 2014 and completed in 2015, the site has remained vacant ever since.
The plan by Arquitectonica company back from 2011

    Cost: $3 billion
    Site: 13.9 acres
    Square feet: 10 million
Convention and meeting space:700,000 square feet (including ballroom)
Ballroom: 200,000 square feet (billed as the largest in the United States)
Hotels: Four – super luxury, contemporary, convention and family
    Hotel units: 5,200
    Residential units: 1,000
    Swimming lagoon: 3.6 acres and 1,000 feet-long
    Retail: 250,000, square feet
    Restaurants: More than 50

In 2021 The Federal Aviation Administration has approved and cleared the way for three towers at the proposed location for Resorts World Miami. According to to the approval letters, the three structures are approved to rise 642-feet, 643-feet and 645-feet from the ground up, or 649-feet above sea level. New renderings have not been revealed, but it is likely the firm Arquitectonica may remain as the designer of the project.

MNC Bali Resort - World's Paradise is perched on 102 hectares of rich land next to Tanah Lot in Tabanan, Bali. This integrated luxury lifestyle complex with magnificent, sweeping views over the rugged coastline features an exclusive collection of Trump-branded facilities for the ultimate getaway, including an 18-hole signature championship golf club, state-of-the-art beach club, 6-star luxury hotel and 144 ultra-luxury homes designed, furnished, and adorned with the finest. MNC Bali Resort is being redeveloped from previously Pan Pacific Nirwana Bali Resort into one of the luxury international resorts in Indonesia.
Beside MNC Bali Resort, MNC Land continues to grow and focus on the development of its flagship project, namely SEZ MNC Lido City and other prestigious projects.

    Photos from their website:

    Overview of the project:

The project was announced in 2015 as a common project of the Trump organization with Indonesian tycoon Hary Tanoesoedibjo.

In August 2015, within months of launching his presidential campaign, Trump inked licensing deals with Tanoesoedibjo for two massive luxury resort properties in Indonesia: a “six-star” Trump tower and golf course on the island of Bali (MNC BALI RESORT) and a second massive resort and golf course in West Java that is part of Lido City. For both projects, the plan was for Tanoesoedibjo’s MNC Group to own and develop the properties and for Trump to bring the branding and manage the resorts through the Trump Hotel Collection.
Here's an Instagram post from Jessica Tanoesoedibjo with Donald Trump Jr. wherein the following caption has since been deleted:

Excited to be pre-launching two of our projects at @mncland: Trump Residences Bali and Lido. So proud of the team for putting together such an amazing concept.

The project has been stalled since 2019. Last 2 years was tough for the whole world, but the project is not even close to finished. No comments were given by both sides of the project, while they still continue to publish rendered material as promotion. All the mentions about The Trump organization has been scrubbed from the presentation and promotional materials, there's also a lot of information about hundreds of workers who has lost their jobs because of construction delays.

I lost my job without any plan for the next picture," Sujana said. "They say this hotel will be rebuilt maximum three years everything will be ready...two years already there's nothing there, everything there is flat
Sources say during the spring of 2021, MNC will commence construction of their other project LIDO CITY without US partner, so all the hints are adding up.
