The site previously mentioned which seemed to be selling the property (tamuda-bay.com) is no longer up and running. I just get errors from any of the links I have... Still no real, official news to be found about the resort.

Finally some professional images of the resort!

This new site has popped up recently and, I believe, is selling the residences. They list Ritz-Carlton as a partner so there is something odd here in terms of who has built and who is operating the resort (it's not an unusual relationship but not what was sold early on in the project) but it seems legit.

I know the translation isn't always great but that seems an odd thing to say also...

Located at the southern end of Tamuda Bay, the site of the future Ritz-Carlton extends around a lake, part of which, wild and rebellious, constitutes a nature reserve for many migratory birds.

I can't tell quite when the pictures below were taken but it does look like there are a lot of works going on with the site at the moment and from some of the images on Instagram I think some of the residences have occupants though I can't be sure. The official site still says "coming soon" with no opening date so it seems a bit odd!

The official page for Tamuda Bay has not changed since June 2019. Does anyone know if this project still has construction taking place? The most up to date image I see are from late 2019/early 2020 and it looks a long way from finished.
